Andrew works with fellow composer Paul
Arnold producing scores for games, film, tv and the music industry.
In 2008 they've scored 'Shellshock 2: Blood Money' commissioned by the
makers of Tomb Raider, written 'East Meets West' Chinese music for the
Olympic TV coverage commissioned by Universal, written the 'ethnic retro'
remix for Side B of Chris Brown's 'With You' (reaching #2 in the US and #6
in the UK) commissioned by Sony BMG, scored two short films, 'Another B
Movie' and 'Unto Others', (the former with a live orchestra), commissioned
by Richard Johnson (director) and smaller projects for Disney. Their
music was used on trailers for New Line Cinema's 'Inkheart' feature and
Terry Pratchett's 'Colour of Magic' and they're
currently pitching for a TV show for the BBC, remixing another artist for
Sony BMG and scoring an orchestral project for an LA developer to be
recorded in Prague at the end of July. Their 3rd soundtrack - 'Sega
Rally' - is due for release around the same time.

My interests in film grew naturally from the days when I was a keen photographer. I wrote and directed 17 films with running time between 10 and 75 minutes. Most of these films are about love, fate and memories. I love to use lights in my films.

Cambridge Movies Workshop has been making films with local people and students since 1989. We make films as a hobby. Our projects are strictly non-commercial. Yet we try our best to make our film to a high standard. Our films have been shown locally at university colleges, the Cambridge Cable Channel Red, and nationally at various film festivals. Internationally, our films picked up awards from European countries such as Belgium, Norway and some from as far as Hong Kong.
La Double Vie is a one-hour film spanning two time lines and crosses the double life of two lovers. It starts with a triangular love story which makes an unexpected turn when the characters find themselves meeting each other again in their second lives.
If you can go back in time and re-live your life, can you make the new life a better one?

There are two new short films in development. In About a Lyric, a young man discovers missing pieces in his memories about a Japanese girl when he listens to a song at a music shop. In Ferry Boat Inn, an angel returns to a ghost haunted inn in order to settle an unfinished business left behind for a thousand year.

I currently work in the creative department of a shopping channel; they do have them honest. Over the past three years I've worked in a variety of roles on numerous projects and built up a fairly broad skill base.
I joined the Cambridge Filmmakers Network having worked with some of its members on a short film entitled "TV Dinner". Always looking for creative challenges against which to test my mettle, I'm hopeful I can help make some beautiful movies and perhaps get a little help on some of my own projects.

Joe Davison is known for his love of most foods and his uncanny ability to drink pots and pots of coffee without feeling any effects at all. He's been known to actually fall asleep while drinking coffee. His ability to function while under anesthetic has baffled the most brilliant doctors and psychologist alike. He once managed to endanger himself and a flock of seagulls at the same time (The band; not the white winged bird) while on a routine mission for safety and security for a concert in Croyden; there is no further story to that.
He has also been known to produce several independent feature films and some short films as well. When not producing Joe likes to act or direct or direct himself in acting. Either way he fancies the industry and enjoys making new friends and working with old ones. There isn't a job to small that Joe won't do for a few bucks or even a single Jammy Dodger. Ummmm Jammy Dodgers.
Joe is also an independent writer and has been published on various literary websites and has a novel due out this summer from Autherhouse.

| Website: http://www.actorsatworkproductions.com |
Since joining the Network at the start 2005, Kate has been involved in a number of projects, filling a variety of roles and it can sometimes be hard to stop her from trying to do everything. From stunt coordinator, official smoke bomb lighter, clapper, reflector holder, car bouncer (sorry some of these are obviously in jokes), location scout, producer, etc all at the same time.
Kate made her directorial debut with one of the CFN's more ambitious projects 'Into the Darkness' which was shot in July 2005. Please see the completed projects page for more information, or go to Kate's website below.
In front of the camera, this year has also seen Kate shift from stage to screen acting. As well as appearing in CFN films including 'Black Box' for which she was also Production Manager, Kate also works on various other projects unrelated to the CFN. Her acting profile is available on 'Shooting People'.
